Are you focused? Are you setting goals? Are you...

Are you setting goals? Are you visualizing your goals? What would you do to accomplish them, how would you feel when you do, what would be different when you accomplished your goals? Write this down on paper. Every AM and before bed read your goals, and remind yourself of what you did accomplish in the day. Don't remind yourself of what you didn't do as that's counterproductive and keeps you focused on lack of results. Before bed, remind yourself on what you did accomplish, then add 'tomorrow I will increase, adjust, do xyz'. The evening action of reading goals, daily success, and next days plan, will program your mind so you will dream about your goals and keep moving forward with more enthusiasm.

Maybe "goal" means something else to some people... But I find that being goal oriented is a surefire road to failure in my life. Being process or journey (for those that prefer that term) oriented is the only way for me to get the results I want. Whether it's weight loss related or not.

I set goals and then I obsess about it until they are achieved. I keep detailed spreadsheets of my training, goals, progress on my lifts and bodyweight. It's the most efficient way to get what I want!
