Working nights

Hello Everyone and Happy New Year!
I have this opportunity to get a job part time but its working nights at the hospital 24 hours Friday, Sat and Sun nights. 11pm-7am It will be a desk job.
Challenge is how do I adjust my diet? Do I eat at night as if it was a day schedule? Or do I not eat at all and just drink water/tea? Or do I just snack on things like carrots/radishes?
I would like to take this job but also would like not to ruin my good eating habit
Thanks!

Hi I work constant nights and find it hard work maintaining my routines especially when its a long 5, 6, or 7 night run. That's why at times I struggle to lose some weeks but it's my work I need it so perseverance is the key and don't succumb to the sugar munchies.0
