8 days later, definite progress!

I am in the third week of my weightless journey. I did not take pictures or weigh myself the first week, because I felt so embarrassed. Then I realized after a week or so of not knowing if I was improving or not, that I really needed to take photos. I realized today that I took the first set of photos only 8 days ago, I cannot believe the visible difference and in such a short span of time!

I wasn't sure if I would still be able to loose weight with my newly re-sprained ankle. But then I discovered I can do shadow boxing and hula hoop for exercise. I also cut out fast food and sweets from my diet, and and started swapping out the tons of carbs I was eating for for tons of vegetables.
