Is this real?!

So I've only been on the weight loss train for 12 days and have yet to weigh myself but I just tried some underwear on that I bought which was horribly tight and uncomfortable, promptly shoved at the back of my undie drawer and they are suddenly comfy and wearable (I tried on all pairs in the pack to be sure it wasn't a fluke)

Is this real or have I imagined this?!

I have managed to lose 11 pounds in the last three weeks, so yes it is possible. Weight drops very quickly at first.

Well unless someone has been and changed all your underwear for a larger size, then yes, it's real.

I'm just so surprised, I didn't think I would see/feel a result yet. I have to say I am extremely motivated right now with my comfy undies on haha.

    I'm just really pleased :)

It depends on your starting point, but I know in my case I rapidly dropped a number of pounds, particularly inches in a rapid fashion. I believe a great deal of that is from water weight and inflammation.

comfy undies is like one of the first things i noticed lol haha - ones I hated and never wore became my favorites - and my favorites became trash because they were too big and uncomfortable haha -

    Great work! Congrats haha

It is usually faster to lost weight in the beginning. So yes, believe it!

Just keep going and don't lose hope if you reach a plateau.

Back again - I was so inspired that I decided to get my scales early and just got on them, I wasn't scared or anything, just prepared for any number and it wasn't as high as I thought, so that is a bonus.

I know the weight loss will slow down but it really feels good to see a difference this early. I usually lose hope quite quickly, getting bored with the food restrictions of diets and never feeling different but this slight change in the undies and the fact I am finding my calorie deficit easy to maintain with foods I am enjoying is just awesome.

So here goes, truth time - I am 200 lbs. And I am so ready to lose this weight once and for all :)
