I'm back and more determined.

Few years ago I lost 25 lbs and ran 1/2 marathons. Lately I've gained 20 lbs back. Recently started a 5K couch to 5K program but still wasn't losing. Figured it was my diet.
So it's time to get serious about logging and tracking my diet and nutrition.

    Logging what you eat helps a lot! I have been logging for 45 days and even though I would have liked to lose a lot more than I have, I have lost. Motivation is key, feel free to add me as a friend. Can definitely help be a cheer you on to lose weight!!!
