I'm back

HI I'm Sarah, back to myfitnesspal after gaining back the few lbs I lost. I'm pre-diabetic, so I'm eliminating sugar from my diet. I thought Stevia might be the answer, but recent research is showing its no better.

My goal is to shun sugar for 10 days +, and keep my calories to 1200/day. No COSTCO PIZZA! No dark chocolate!! My ultimate goal is to lose 20 lbs, about 1-2 lbs a week.
