Skinny, but not fit...

Hello, guys. I'm looking for advices. I'm 19 years old girl, I weight 51kg and I'm 162cm tall. I workout for a year and half, but only cardio. My workout routine is 4 times a week per 40 mins (and more) on my elliptical trainer. My problem is that I know I'm skinny, but I don't feel fit... I don't want to bulk, but I want to have a nice body.

Any advices? What should I do? I was thinking about starting insanity? Or something else?

    Time to hit the weights! You are in just about the best position one could be in to start sculpting. You are very lean and symmetrical, you just need to build a little muscle. Don't be afraid of becoming bulky, that just doesn't happen to women. Gaining muscle is an INCREDIBLY slow process so you have nothing to fear. Get yourself on a proven beginner lifting regimen like ICF 5x5, Stronlifts 5x5, or Starting Strength. You will be amazed by what it will do for your body!
