Newbie! Small Issues! Any Tips for a begginer.

Hi Guys! I'm 5'2 and 150 lbs and 16 years old! I'm on my second day of Focus T25 Alpha phase and my goal is to lose 2 lbs a week and I've already eaten past my limit today by 28 calories, but thats only because I made the account after I ate the ones that brought my calories way up. Did I choose a goal that's too hard to maintain for a newbie? What are some helpful tips and what are your thoughts? And what does it mean when I've exceeded the net? What will happen tomorrow when I record my foods?

    You may want to try Sparkteens.com. Teens have different nutritional needs than adults, so MFP is not equiped for teen needs.

    General advice I encourage on my kids: find active things to do that you enjoy. Aim for balance in your food consumption.
