Hello! 
I was wondering if any of you have completed the 6 week 6 pack, and how did you go?? What were your results?
I'm considering doing this starting on Monday and I just wanted to know if you guys had a large transformation and if it is effective.
Pictures would be highly appreciated too! And also.. if you guys were on a calorie deficit or not, it would be nice if you stated that also.
