Hello :) So I'm kind of embarrassed to go to the gym at the moment because last time I was there I was actually in shape and I've got 17 kgs to lose before I'm considering joining again. So I'm working out at home, e.g. cardio, tabata training, weights etc.
I've made that decision so pls don't put me down for it :P

i was just wondering where you could download or buy LES MILLS online.

    you can buy it on amazon. I have not seen it to where you can download it online I have done searches and nothing comes up.
