Hello MFPers...

I have been debating trying Isagenix for over a month now. I have plateaued at 153 for almost 2 months so I thought why not try something?

My question for you is....should the 9 day cleanse be enough to kick start my "engine" or is it better to do the full 30 day?

Thank you ahead of time...and HAPPY NEW YEAR :)

Personally I've never really heard legit results from cleanses. Most everything I've read just suggests to up your water and fiber intake and it will essentially do the same thing, minus any harmful side effects the cleanse may cause. Maybe shake up your workouts to try and get things going in a different direction too. Just my $0.02.

My Husband Lost 25 pounds on Isagenix, he loved it and had amazing results!!
  • I have tryed two different one and it did nothing. Walmart haves a natural vegetable laxative by equate and it is only $4. I do it once every two weeks. Take 5 before you go to bed and the next day it will flush you out. My husband started doing now. It makes you feel so much better and the next day you will at least drop 1 to 4 lb. You might want to give it a try before you spend all your money on stuff that doen,tn work

My stepmother uses Isagenix, and although she does get results from it, it's so expensive that I honestly don't feel as though it's worth it.
