Sea salt vs. Table salt

Does anyone know if there is a difference in sodium?? And which one is better for you??

    Im not sure but i think Lo salt is the better option

    well I have heard on the food channel that sea salt is better ! I use it and it does taste better than table salt!

    Sea salt has a lot of different minerals in it, depending on its origin. That's what gives them their individual tastes. Plus the trace minerals are probably good for you too.

    I've got some sea salt here. I don't ever use it though. I like kosher salt. My Kosher salt has less sodium (110 mg less per serving) than my table salt.

    My sea salt has 580 mg of sodium in a 1/4 tsp while my table salt has 590 mg of sodium in a 1/4 tsp.

    I don't know which one is better for you, but since I have been doing a gluten free casein free diet for my son, everything uses sea salt. I don't know why. I know that whole diet is based around making children healthier when they can't have wheat and milk. I am going to buy sea salt this week and try it out. Sorry I'm not much help. I am interested too if anyone on here knows the answer.
