... anyway... for the last few days the scale has been going down bit by bit. This morning it finally showed me a nice 67.0 kg. Yesterday evening I thought I might end up just below this number, but I did some heavy lifting yesterday and I went for a pill break two days ago. Thus I'm probably holding a bit more water now. Anyway, just went swimming and afterwards the scale showed 66.6kg
This is the first time since ... 2006 or so that I see a 6 as second digit. I also noticed today that I can wear trousers in a size smaller again.
I started out with 74kg in early June, have been slowly losing weight since then, got a pretty bad asthma attack somewhere in-between and suddenly lost a lot of padding due to some medication, stalled for about a month and continued to lose at the same slow rate again. I'm 1.69cm and 40 years old.
Sport-wise I first did lengthy Bodyrock workouts, and after the attack decided to go slower and am doing slow kettlebell workouts (not HIIT anymore), started lifting heavy and am trying to improve my breast swimming technique.
Cm wise (1cm = 0.39 inch), I lost
3.5cm biceps
1.7cm lower arm
3.7cm waist
7.5cm hips
6.6cm thigh thickest spot
3.4cm above knee
3.9cm calf
I guess it's about time to think about the right moment to stop and to maintain.
