Here we go again

I have gained a lot of weight over the last three years and it is time to get back into shape. I started Monday and have lost five pounds just by watching calories and salt. Tonight is New Years and I am planning my calories for the day. I hope to get back to exercise in a week or so, I am looking into gyms. I used to go four times a week and felt great. So here we go again !

    Hi there! I completely hear you 100%. I'm exactly at the same place you are. My rude awakening came when I tried to put on a pair of new flannel jammies I was given last year for Christmas and they didn't fit! :sad: I'm getting myself back to exercising 4 days a week, and I'm committing myself to tracking my food each day. For me, I think that truly is the key. The eating has always been my biggest battle. If you need support, or just someone to go along with you as you embark on this healthy journey, I'm here!
