Hey guys
So I have several turbo fire HIIT workouts - 15 minute, 20, 25, and 30 minute ones
yes they're difficult and all
but they're short
and you dont sweat anywhere near a normal 30-45 min cardio session
has anybody been doing HIITs for a bit? seen results??
I feel like if I try HIITs for a while, I won't be satisfied/seeing results for some reason lol

What is it it, exactly, that you're trying to accomplish?
Real HIIT training is mostly resting - it does force some lovely physiological changes, but it doesn't burn diddly in terms of raw calories.0 -
I'm still looking to lose 10 lbs of fat
so should I stay away from HIIT for now?0 -
If losing 10lbs of fat is your only goal, you don't need HIIT. It certainly won't hurt anything, though, so do it if you like it! :drinker:0
