Bigger deficit with exercise

Hello all,
I would like to aim for a daily deficit of 500 calories (250 through cal restriction and 250 through exercise). Is there a way to make this setting on MFP? I am only seeing the deficit options for calories through food restriction. Just wondering, since seeing things helps motivate me.

If you set a 500 deficit you can create it through either food or exercise (or a combination, which is what I do too). When you log exercise it will give you more calories. So if you set a 500 calorie deficit and log 250 calories burned through exercise, you will end up where you want to be.0

When you log the exercise you do, myfitnesspal adds that to your deficit.0
