Hi due to so much exercise and pain in my ankle I have been taking a few Paracetamol and ibuprofen I am just wondering if anyone knows should I be logging them?

I don't log them. I try to log my supplements, just to keep track of them, but pain relievers...nah. Even if it has a calorie, maybe I'll sneeze that day and it'll work out.
I bet you could log the, if you want!
In the U.S., we say "acetaminophen" or, more commonly, "Tylenol" instead of "paracetamol." Are you a Brit? Those are the only people I ever hear saying "paracetamol."
Ibuprofen is ibuprofen here, though. But some people know "Advil" and "Motrin" and don't know if they're ibuprofen or what.0 -
When I'm in pain I don't give a damn about calories in medicine. I just want the pain to stop, and even if it meant I had to drink 1000 calories of paracetamol -- I would.
In short - if I'm sick or in pain I pretty much say screw the calories.0 -
yes dear, you should log them. One Ibuprofen has 750 calories.0
