Extremely inactive day, should I eat the same amount?

My calories are set to 1,660. On a normal day, I'm walking to and from class, and every where else for that matter (live in the city). So I get some calories burned according to my Fitbit, sometimes eat half back depending on how hungry I am. Now, today, I'm literally laying in a hotel bed all day. I walked to the bathroom to shower lol. Then back in bed I went. I'm planning to go to the fitness center but won't really exert myself. I just want to have a chill day. So should I eat my 1,660 calories or less? I'm almost 5'6 and weigh 132 pounds. I want to lose but no rush. So, what would you do?

I'd say yes, most calories we burn in a day are from just being alive (it takes a lot of energy to keep all our organs going).0

I eat to fulfill my hunger, not to meet a number. That's what I do, for me, for my reasons. Lots of people eat up and down to the number, taking in extra when they aren't hungry and not eating when they are hungry if they mixed out.
Different strokes.
You have to do what works for you!!0
