Hi Everyone. I am an american doctor currently living in Nicaragua ( on a mission trip). Just looking for nice conversation and to motivate / be motivated.

    Welcome! I'm just going to give you a little warning here. I looked at your profile and see you run a weight loss site. Under the TOS on this site it states that there is no advertising allowed. I see you have already jumped in and offered some helpful advice. I just wanted to make sure you were aware that trying to sell things (like your boot camp) will get you banned.
