weightlifting from home

I do all my workouts from home, and I really want to gain more muscle and focus on weightlifting. I wondered if there are any particular workouts/ rountines that workout well for you. I'm 5'6" and 152, looking at getting to 140. I have about a hour a day to devote to working out. Oh and I'm female if that makes a difference :) thank you for reading!

    Well I guess that depends on the equipment you have for myself I use 5x5 (like a ****load of other people) and have seen great success with it but if the equipment you have at home is minimal or different I've heard fitness blender is a good place to look

    Yeah I've heard that 5x5 is what a lot of people have been using, I might have to look into that as well as fitness blender. Thank you! I think more than anything I need a swift kick on the butt
