I need guidance from fellow chocolate lovers. Has anyone ever made Jello FF/SF chocolate pudding with almond milk? I found that if you only use 1 cup of liquid it sets up nicely. Problem is, I ate all of it. Any idea on what kind of nutrition statistics? I looked it up and it said one container would be 780 calories but I know that is not right. I only had two little tiny half-cup sizes. I need to know I can eat this from time to time! Any other ideas for chocolate cravings?

Weigh all the powder and do the math... it says how many calories per serving in grams.0

I don't want to play around with diet chocolate - I count out a serving of ghirardelli chocolate chips and savor every one. I also utilize chocolate protein powder, mixing up plain greek yogurt, the powder, bananas and pb2 to make a chocolate protein smoothie.0

Theres another thread on chcolate with all sorts of alternatives on it. Ill see if i can find it for you.

Sugar-free Russel Stovers' chocolate options are pretty good.
However, too many at one time will cause a bathroom frenzy!

I've always heard that it doesn't mix well with almond mix though.
I don't know how you all can eat that SF pudding, I need to add sweetener to make it edible.0 -
