I'm baaaaaackkkkkkk!!!

So I left almost a year ago when I found out I was pregnant. Had a healthy baby girl 4 weeks ago (on monday) and i'm finally back!

I started at 2 weeks post partum (with doctor's approval) and am feeling great. I'm doing a modified version of the keto diet and once I got over the "carb flu" I gained my energy back! In the first week, I lost 3 pounds and as of today have a lost a few inches (baby weight, water weight, etc)

Anywho, I still need some motivation as working out with a 5 year old and a newborn is trying as it is. So anyone who is looking for some encouragement or just needs some new fitness buddy's feel free to add me! I'm always up for some good conversation! :)
