Not very happy with food right now

I'm currently migrating from another app. I find out today that my that I was eating too many craisins. I had been using the preset for entry from the other app and I found out the nutritional info is all wrong. I was eating 6oz of them. Way too much. Now my macs are all over. I usually loose 3-6lbs per week and this week I didn't. My exercise has increased intensity so I audited my food and found this silly mistake. I don't usually eat them but I was trying something different. I was getting bored with apples! Lesson learned.

Live and learn, right? Dried fruit in general is usually high in calories, so be careful there. Also, don't be fooled, there are lots of user defined entries that are innaccurate here as well. If you can scan stuff that's your best bet. Good luck!0
