Post-Grad Adjustment

I graduated from college back in June. I ate very well and worked out almost every day while I was at school and since moving home, I have lost almost all of it. I do not have a gym membership yet, I'm hoping to start up in a few months when I'm done paying off a few things. I started a job back in July as a vet assistant, so I'm on my feet quite a bit and restrain animals throughout the day, so I'm not totally sedentary. I have a hard time running around my neighborhood mainly due to the facts that I'm always tired when I get home, have grad applications to work on, and just want a good long solid work out and not a quick run. My eating habits are based around my parents and while it isn't horrible, when sweet things are in the house I indulge a lot...I know I should get out there and run at least until I get a gym and practice more self control. I have lost a few pounds without my strict regimen before, but I know its because I lost muscle mass. I'm just struggling with will power and motivation at the moment and just need to verbalize this to hopefully get my butt in gear!

One quick suggestion...work out first thing in the morning..when you do have energy. If you don't have time, make time. Get up earlier. Find a gym that meets your schedule..then go.
Your health is the most important thing you have. And trust me, if you get back in it, you will end up having MORE energy.0 -
Get up earlier and do a quick run in the morning.
If you wait for the perfect circumstances, you might wait a long time.
Talk to your parents about the sweet things. Maybe at least they can keep them in a cabinet so that you do not see them all the time.
Buy some of your own food --- things that worked for you when you were in college.
There are lots of floor/mat and other exercises on youtube that you can do at home.0
