Bad Day!

Today just started out bad and quickly nose dived into disaster!
Twix, 1/4 of a doughnut (curse school administration), 1 cup Johnny Carinos Chicken Fettucini Alfredo, and their "killer cake" which sadly....was disappointing. :grumble:

BARELY under calories (and only if I get in both workouts) and WAY over on fat today.

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!:explode:

    Don't beat yourself up!!

    Get your workouts in and have a low cal dinner. All will be better tomorrow.
    I always like the "24" hour rule.

    Don't feel bad. I ate all my sugar for breakfast and all my calories by lunch time I had to work out for an hour to get 400 for dinner. It happens! It happens to me a LOT! lol Tomorrow you will probably crave wholesome foods since you had some treats today. One day isn't going to kill you. Just don't let it turn into two or three or a week! That will do some damage. Just pick yourself up, do your work outs and drink your water! It will be okay!

    I ate 3/4 of a medium pizza hut pie 1600 calories and no workout today!

    This seems to be happening to me more and more lately!!! I'm so glad I'm not the only one!:happy:
    It's just so nice to know that you can go to bed and wake up with a fresh slate...

    this is sooo true, there is no need to cry over spilled milk cheesy I know but you are human dear and temptation is part of our nature, tommorrow is a new day
