2010 Training Totals

Today is the last day of 2010. What a great year for me. The things I've accomplished this year was something I could not ever thought possible, and 2011 only looks to be better. Anyhow, here are my 2010 training totals.

Bike: 85h 48m 53s - 2025.93 kms - 1256 miles
Run: 97h 25m 37s - 990.64 kms - 614.2 miles
Swim: 19h 47m 15s - 25436.68 Yd - 14.4 miles
Strength: 33h 30m
Elliptical Training: 5h 57m
P90X: 13h 50m 01s
Rowing: 52m
Stair Running: 4h 10m

That's approx. 261 hrs total. For 2011, I'm shooting to be closer to 400 hrs.

    Great work man. Thanks for posting. Here are my training totals, just for comparison sakes.

    Bike: 98h 40 min - 1.377 km (a lot of these commuting to work in the city)
    Run 21h 03 min - 67,5 km
    Swim 11h 32 min - 21 km
    Walk/Hike 161h 15 min - 761 km
    Elliptical 4h 18 min - 68,8 km
    Strength 20 h 42 min
    Basketball 102h - 211.6 km (doesn't produce a lot of miles, but it's a very intense exercise).

    Total time is about 420 hours, it was a landmark year for me because 2009 I was recovering from a major surgery. I'd like to reach this number in 2011 again and substitute a lot of walking hours with running. I've certainly got the motivation. Happy New Year.
