Uh I gained 2 pounds :( I am so MAD at myself:sad:

    Don't sweat it girl. It's more than likely temporary. Over christmas, the scale i stepped on showed an impressive 9LB GAIN!! 1 week later, I'm back to my pre-holiday weight. Take one week, drink as much water as you can, workout as hard as you can & then step back on. I'm sure the majority of that weight is water and will be off by then and you have the potential to have lost even more!!!

    Don't weigh yourself daily. Weigh yourself once a week at the same time of day each time. Our bodies flux daily w/water weight and the water that we retain. Don't let it stop you. Good luck!
