YMCA Y-Change Course

I just joined the YMCA and am doing their Y-Change course. Basically it's a small group of people and you get a personal trainer who helps you with your nutrition and gives you personalized workouts. I just had my first workout session today and it was intense! I burned over 800 calories in an hour and a half. I am super tired but I hope to keep having workouts like that.

I was wondering, has anyone else participated in this in their area? I just wanted to know how it has worked out for you. Thankfully I have two friends in my class so we can help motivate and encourage each other.
