Why am I losing weight instead of gaining weight

For the past 3 weeks I've been bulking and I've been gaining weight in small chunks and then going back down. I've been doing weight training 5 times a week. I've been having 2600 calories a day.Should I increase them by 100 or more to be gaining at least 1lb a week?

Try to go up by 100-200 calories and fine tune it, 5 times a week of weight training is a good burn. Do you do any cardio?0

short answer is you aren't eating enough- I would jump up by at least 150- too small of a surplus just gets melded into the maintenance range- it has to be a clear surplus.0

I'll go to 2700 and see what happens. Also is it ok if I have around 100g of sugar a day that comes from fruits only?0
