Hi there!
My name is Kath,I'm twenty three & currently live in South Wales :) I did lose roughly 4 stone,two stone on my own then the rest with the guide from here.

I recently deleted my MFP account thinking I could cope on my own..Sadly I've gained a stone back and really need to get my backside into gear.I'm looking for support & Motivation and I shall of course give alot back!

    My names Liz i'm from England looking to loose about 7lbs, congrats on getting half way by yourself btw I know how hard that can be :)
