What type of exercise should I do to slim down my thighs. I do allot of running but I still want to lose 10 more pounds.Hopefully the last time few pounds will do the trick

What trick are you looking for? Keeping a modest calorie deficit is the main thing you need to do. Also consider the possibility that the thighs on females that you are comparing yourself to are either photoshopped, on fitness models in peak shape, or both0
