Newbie here:)

Hi everyone,

i'm looking to start a whole new healthy lifestyle this year and i could really use some supporters. I am a mom of three teen boys, divorced, and engaged, lol, AND an RN student. I have a good eighty pounds to lose because i can't see having a career that promotes a healthy lifestyle and i don't follow one. My plan is to work out 5 to 6 days a week, and keep my calories under 1200. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!!

    I don't know about keeping your calories under 1200. My suggestion is to use the MFP site to it's fullest. Use the food and exercise journal daily. I really like the food journal. It's easy and by following their calorie guidelines I have managed to lose 9 lbs in about a month. Good luck.
