Submerging the conditioned hunger sensation is the key to maintaining the weight.
When the hunger sensation vanishes without eating, the body and mind will be at peace.
Ability to overcome hunger without eating is possible by practice. I call it dynamic fasting.
Dynamic fasting means fasting after listening to the body and can be practiced everyday.
Little practice every day will make you good at it in a few days.
Low GI food habit is essential before attempting to do metabolic conditioning for the first time, because high GI food will immediately take away body's ability to tolerate hunger.
