I have had this app for a while but this will be my first posting, so I figured I would introduce myself. I am a 34yr old stay at home mom. I am trying to loose 28lbs . Usually to loose weight I would workout hard and only change my diet a little but since my chronic back issues and just getting out of a wheelchair 5 months ago I have had to take a good hard look at my eating habits. This weightloss journey has been more than just weightloss so far it has been about learning it is not selfish to put myself first in my health and fitness it is vital. That I am not as strong as I thought I was and when the scale doesnt show a loss I actually take it hard. That by cheating I am only cheating myself!
I do not think I have ever appreciated how hard it is to loose weight and how important support can be. So please feel free to add me as friend and share your weightloss journey!

You can do this! I'm a mom of 4 and in the past 4-5 months I've lost 32 pounds and a ton of inches! Add me as a friend if you'd like.0
