Hello all. I'm just getting started. I'm trying to lose 41 lbs. I've done fads. I'm done with that. I'm exercising a minimum of 30 min and I work as a house keeper. So I'm really active. I love this program. I started with another app, but two days ago I switched to myfitnesspal . I love it. I do have 2 issues though. I work out to a body sculpting video nd I can't figure out how to get credit for it. The other issue is how to input food that is not the serving size. For example , if the serving size is 1/4 of a cup and I just have a tablespoon. The other app was a little easier. To do that. Anyway, y'all talk to me. I'll be here.

Be miserable. Or motivate yourself. Whatever has to be done, it's always your choice.

It's about moderation not deprivation. There are no good/bad foods, only bad eating habits. Do or do not, there is no try. You have to want it, you have to work for it, you have to realize that only you can do it.

I use a heart rate monitor to figure the calories of the toning tapes and put it under cardio. I did send a note to the MFP overlords to see if a sculpting category is pending, and so far, it isn't. as far as portion sized, I find if I keep looking thru the options I will find one measured the way I am using it. tablespoons, by the slice etc. have you discovered the drop down boxes with the serving size? you can also create new entries that suit you. best of luck0
