weird gain 10 after a weekend

i am not gonna lie i did have some pizza and certain things during.. the weekend and went to a footbal party so that was probly mistake number 2 but i don't think there no way i eat so many calories in one week end i counted at least 3200 so should i just avoid doing that type of thing all together. I just wanted a break it sucks after all that work it just comes back like that i dint even touch any alcohol i just had water which made me look weird but after all the water i drunk the weights still their.. kinda discouraging let me know should i just avoid those kinds of things and just keep working out or is it ok.
