Favorite Multivitamin/Supplement?

Hey everyone,
I am a 23 year old female in generally good health, looking to further my quest to be the healthiest I can be by supplementing my efforts with a multivitamin. I've tried "One-a-Day for Women" before, but they made me super nauseated, even when taken with food. So, I'm looking for something light but effective. Obviously, I want to focus on general health, but as I am currently studying to get into law school, something to strengthen my mental focus and concentration is always a plus!
Does anyone have any suggestions? Do you have a favorite? If so, what kind of benefits do you see?
Thanks so much!

Have you tried gummy vitamins? They are delicious! And I never notice any nausea afterwards.0
