I recently went on a fantastic holiday and Germany with some friends. When I got home my friend emailed me his photos and I nearly cried looking at myself. It has been a couple months without action and I have finally decided that it is time for me to start paying attention to what I eat. I am looking to lose 10kg (22 pounds) the right way. My major downfalls are buttered bread and chocolate!

Admittedly I am an exercise fanatic, I instruct spin and boot camps. I really want to evolve myself to be a role model for the people who come to my classes by being a role model for healthy living.
