What is the best exercise for ....

I want to lose my butt, hips and mid section. Currently I work out at the gym but I only go on the treadmill (jogging and walking on an incline) as well as the elliptical trainer and the stationary bike. I mix and match, depends on how I feel, but always for about 60 minutes total. I like to go around 3x per week. I tried 5x per week but found I couldn't keep it up, so I set my goal back down to 3x per week, but if I add some strength and toning exercises for at home and at the gym I can change my exercise goal to 5x week again. perhaps that is the key to shifting my bulges!

Anyone got some simple ideas?

    Keep doing what ur doing but u need to exrcise a little more than this I do 5 times a week, so u could do your gym as normal and then a couple of days do a video/ wii/ kinect for 40 mins or something?
    that's what I do so your really haven't got to go to the gym all the time.
    Squats are good/ jumping jacks/ lunges/ I do a circuit of many moves and lasts 50 minutes.
