((((hugs)))) we all have days like that (me more than most). Take today off if you need to, the odd rest day does us all good. Then tomorrow morning, take a deep breath and go for it. You have already proved you CAN do it. Hears to a happy, healthy 2011 x0

Don.t give up! I feel what you are feeling on most mornings. It is hard to just keep doing it. Positive thoughts to the universe for you.
One little step at a time. 2011 is going to be a great year--one day at a time.0 -
Take a day off & revisit the original reasons why you're doing this, list them all out..how important are they to your life & health? Imagine getting there and how much more improved both those will be. Maybe you're flagging cos you already lost enough lbs that you've made that crucial difference...?0

What difference does it really make
it did though, make a difference, enough that you planned to carry on in 2011. So today you have no motivation, but that doesn't change how far you've come and that your goal is in sight. Only you can keep yourself on track, we (on MFP) can be here to support you on your way.
Wishing you all the best x0 -
Hang in there...I think we all go through days like that. I get frustrated and feel like everyone around me just gets to eat and not think about what they are having, while here I am accounting for every calorie. And it makes me want to eat brownies and drink milk all day. But, then I think about why I am doing this and I read other people's posts...it helps keep me on track.0

Stay strong. You can do this. Sometimes I have days like this too, but I refuse to give up. I have come to far in the past 6 months to quit now and so have you. Give yourself a pat on the back and keep going! We can do this. Happy New Year.0

"Determined to make my goal ;-)" That is your signature. Remember it. You can do this. We all have bad days were we wonder why are we doing this. Take today off. Relax and forget about everything. Come back tomorrow new and refreshed. You will be glad you did. Big hugs to you. Happy New Year!! :flowerforyou:0

We all have those days...some more often than others. And you can quit but you probably don't really want to...you started this for a reason...it was different for each of us I'm sure...mine was I wanted to LIVE...not just exist sitting around not being able to move and barely breathing. I want to enjoy life...find what got you to start and go there again. Did you have a lot of sugar during the holidays? Maybe it's the sugar talking Seriously though, good luck...you have done so great...keep it going. Pretty sure in a month you will be glad you did...probably even in a week or a few days!0

you are all so kind. Sadly right now i am cuddled on the sofa in the fetal position trying to get strength to do something but no luck.0

Have a pj day--that is always good for restart. I take one every so often-- A day where I don't interact with the world or its people in any meaningful way. I watch junk TV, I don't exercise and I eat one of my favorite foods.(Something I don't make--just order in) I pamper myself for the day-avoiding all serious thought. Knowing that tomorrow I will come out fighting. Enjoy you day-a little disconect never hurts.. A little ---not a complete. Check in tomorow and let us know how you are feeling.0
