Help? 56kg, 35kg now 57kg??

Ok before I started fitness I was 56kg, I would eat and drink whatever I liked. Seriously I never ever ate healthy. I joined the gym, I ran for 40ish mins a day and i used to have a smoothie for breakfast, salad for lunch, crisps as a snack and steak and veg for tea. I dropped to 50kg.

Then I joined a fitness college and I dropped to 47kg, I would eat moderately healthy, just normal really and weekends I would party, hard.

Then I finished the college and started exercising loads and minimising calories, I dropped to 35kg then within 7months I gained right back up to 60kg.
I started eating minimal calories and I still do now 500-900 a day and I'm barely losing any weight, I'm always hungry and tired, help?

From a previous post she made, she said she was 154cm. Which would have given her a BMI of 14.8 when she was 35KG..

You are hungry and tired because you are starving your body of the nutrition and calories it requires again. This is not a healthy way to lose weight, if you even need to lose weight at all. 77 lbs on a 5' body is very, very thin. Dangerously, I would think. I certainly hope this is not your goal again.

Your current weight may be technically overweight for your height, but from what I read in your posts, you are very likely sick with disordered eating and body dysmorphic disorder, and I highly recommend you get a handle on that first. It is very easy to see it in your posting when I've been there, done that,.

It sounds like your metabolism is pretty wonky due to starving yourself with severe restricting/exercising, then eating what you want during other periods. Sounds like periods of anorexia then periods of binge eating disorder. Are/were you purging, too, during those times when you eat what you want?

A doctor, psychologist, and registered dietitian are a necessity for you right now if you'd like to regain your health, or at least to stop the pattern of destroying it, which very well may cause permanent damage down the road.

At 500-900 calories a day, you are going to become malnourished. Also, at 35kg, I can guarantee that you will be well underweight, unless you are like 4'5".

Suppressing calories this low is going to work against you. Not only will not you not be able to all the nutrients that you need, you will also lose muscle, which means you aren't losing as much fat. And you will have metabolic adaptation as you are literally starving yourself. This in turn will cause your maintenance calories to severely drop which makes gaining easy.

Honestly, you should see a doctor because this is disorder type eating.

Then you should get new doctors or see someone specialized in this. Here is a link that can help too:

Based on your current post and past threads, you definitely have an issue with food, which needs to be addressed before you start restricting calories again.

Yeah, my 11 year old, who is about 4'9", weighs about 35kg (he's 75 pounds). And he's skinny. OP, 57 kg is much closer to an appropriate weight.

I agree with psulemon - you need to see a doctor and specifically mention disordered eating. Ask for a referral to a counselor who specializes in working with EDs (not every counselor is trained in this).

This is for the U.S., but look around and see if there is a something similar for where you live.
