:mad: i cant seam to get my self to exercise i have the want but i get up every morning at 5:30 am and im at work by 6. i work at dairy queen (drive thru) and by the time i get home im so tired i just want to sit down and do nothen . all i do all day is stand there and give my costumers there food and take the money. well i also walk over and bag the food . tell me how i can work out at work any ideas? help me please:sad:

Hmmm... so you are really tired at the end of the day? Could you eat more frequent high-protein snacks to give you a little energy boost? Maybe a good breakfast, and then some snacks of nuts with fruit, or a protein shake? Maybe in the afternoon? Are you drinking lots of water to stave off fatigue?
I think you need to address your energy concerns!Of course you don't feel like exercising if you have no energy - I don't blame you! Maybe when you get home you could try and go for a walk in the fresh air? Maybe it is worth considering a change in jobs, to one that would allow you a little more activity?

i have the some problem i get up at 5;00 am at work at 7;00 am
on my feet all day i'm a nurses aid when i get home i'm so tried
i just have to push my self to the gym. once you get there you're glady you did.

hay thanks guys i guess i just need the push ill try what you guys said to do . and no i dont drink enough water and yes i need too ill try harder0
