Hi all

I've noticed a lot of personal opinions on these forums when it comes to recommendations and such. Which is GREAT! As a clinician, I just want to send out a quick and friendly reminder the importance of listening to our OWN bodies especially when trying out new activities. Pain does not always equal gain.

So starting this forum, if anyone has any questions and would like evidence based (published journal articles, scientifically proven, from a reliable accredited source) I am more than happy to do the research. Given my job, I do have access to most of the major scientific journals which may be a lack of resource for some.

This is not to guarantee the answers are to be taken in place of a professional consult, rather just a suggestion to keep in mind.
