HRM Broken, which source do I use?

My Heart Rate Monitor is broken for now. Last night I warmed up & cooled down on the treadmill for a total of 6 min @ 3.5 mph. Then jogged at 4.1 mph for 24 min. (I know this is slow, but I am a beginner). My treadmill said that I burned 250 calories. But when I put the info in MFP, it was 188 calories. It considers 4.0 mph, walking at a brisk pace, but I was jogging. I know my heart rate was up. There was know way I could talk or carry on a conversation (which is how Weight Watchers measures intensity). 188 calories for 30 min of what I thought was a good work out for me just doesn't seem right. Which source would you go with, treadmill or MFP?

    I've always found that MFP actually overestimates my calories burned, my HRM is always less. Not much help, but I'd go with what MFP says not your treadmill.
