Steady wins the race - slow just takes more time.
As long as its sustainable and doesn't negatively affect your life, go as fast as your body will let you. I'm not saying be miserable, but I think that everyone has a pace and that pace shouldn't be called fast or slow.I just started following your facebook... I want to lose about 50 pounds to start. I am trying to remember that slow and steady wins the race. So hopefully in 8 months I'll be posting a similar topic. Congrats & Thanks!0 -
