Any ladies on here with PCOS and/or Endometriosis?

Hi there! I started MFP a while back & just recently got strict about getting back on & recording my calories. I just recently got diagnosed with PCOS & was told that could be a HUGE part of why I have struggled to lose weight, even when I did have a strict workout routine & watched what I ate. Just curious of any ladies that have experience with this! Would love to hear your stories! Feel free to add me! Thanks!

Hi Peaches! I live with PCOS, and was diagnosed formally in 2003 (although my OB/GYN believes I most likely have had/lived with it most of my life.)

    I posted a thread here: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/1448249-diagnosed-living-with-pcos-read-me

Telling a little about my story, some common symptoms, treatments, and frequently asked questions about PCOS. I'll be glad to answer any questions you might have to the best of my ability, and always welcome friend request from anyone, especially cysters needing support!

I live with it as well, and actually found MFP through online searches about PCOS. There are a few great PCOS groups on here, with alot of information that may help. I have found alot of very knowledgable women on here that have been able to help way more then a doctor! Good luck, you can do it, it just takes time and effort!
