Need to get on Track

Last year I lost 10 pounds but gained back 5 pounds back by the end of the year. I was feeling great with 10 lost thinking I only had 10 more to goal. Now I am depressed that I am starting the year with 15 to lose, and being another year older will make it harder to lose.

I know its not a lot of weight but it is a total struggle. When I was losing I was eating 1200 - 1400 calories a day & working out on average 2 hours a day. That is a hard lifestyle to live. I started missing a work out here and there for daughters swim lessons, or appointments or family things. One hour a day wasnt enough and I gained the weight.

Hoping to find the energy and nutrition that will help me lose the weight. My goal is not the average weight I should be, not a weight I can live with :)

    I'm right there with you!!! Lost 20 but gained half back. Good news is that my goal is now 20 pounds from where I am now. If I did it last year, I can do it again (even being another year older). Good luck to you! I know what a struggle it is to find time to workout with kids. Please write if you need motivation!
    Back on track in 2011!
