Just for fun...

- It takes a 3500 calorie deficit to loose a pound but only a couple hundred calories to gain a pound
- Simply looking at chocolate cake adds calories
- Working out until you drop from exhaustion will allow you to eat one Oreo cookie
- Weight scales are actually possessed by evil gremlins that constantly fiddle with the calibration just to keep you frustrated and confused
