I am almost 65 years old, 5' 5" tall and walk or workout 5 to 6 days per week. I was wondering how many calories other people who are also 65, eat each day to lose weight?

Hi,
I am 64. I work out lightly for 25 minutes 6 days a week, mostly cardio which I enjoy.
65. To lose weight I have to eat about 1400 calories a day. This seems like nothing, and is hard to do. Yourself?0 -
I am almost 61. I work out vigorously 6 days a week plus a 4-6 mile walk on the 7th day. I also lift weights for upper body 3 days a week. I'm 5'2" and weigh 125-130. I eat 1200 plus 3/4 of my exercise calories to lose and about 2000 to maintain.0
