Well I've had a rough few weeks with keeping track and working out!! But I keep telling myself thats ok!! New year, new start..... I will be doing a detox/eat clean to start off the new year!! Yay me...... Looking forward to getting back to working out!! Going to hit the gym 4 x a week and do my kettlebell 3 x!!! So what are your plans for the new year?

One of my biggest challenges right now is finding time between work and my boyfriend to go to the gym. He will be leaving for a road trip to California soon for a solid week! And I will be able to go to the gym and get in a routine while he is gone! Hopefully this will help me in the long run, even after he gets back.
So far I only have planned Gym 3x /wk and ab crunches 3x a week!0 -
